Something I did before was get a deck of cards, put them on rings (so they all stay together) and on each one write a reason you love her. Make the front say "52 reasons why I love you". It's hella cute and you can find tons of tutorials for it.

Just write down all the things before hand (or type, it's faster) Then do your best! I promise you it will mean so much more because you spent time to make it for her. Coming from a girl, it's adorable.
