Introduction
I'm Ryan, also known as Cal22. I've been administrating and managing HCF and Combat Related networks for over 2 years, and It is with great pride and joy that I announce the coming of a brand new Practice and HCF network that is currently under development. Myself, and 2 very close friends of mine have decided to open this server, and see very promising outcomes if we can open, both financially and growth-wise.
My companions and I, are very capable when it comes to both developing and managing large scale HCF/Practice networks, and believe that with an extra boost of funding, we can make this server huge.
I know this may seem too optimistic for many of you, and I understand that quite well, but I cannot stress how prepared my team is to make this server a success and watch it prosper into the community. With the investment of an asset, we are prepared to quickly and efficiently launch this server in a matter of weeks, fully developed, and prepared.
Development
One of the key aspects of an upcoming server is development. By having access to one of the, in my opinion, most skilled developers in the HCF community, we can make this server operate flawlessly, with smooth aesthetics, good KB and hit detection, and provide a person of pure professionalism. Another massive perk to having him on our team - he's not asking for payment. He is one of the owners of the project, meaning we have massive development power behind us, all free of charge until the server starts making profit.
Please Note: I am keeping his identity a secret until a serious investor steps forward.
Currently, our developer is coding and configuring plugins for the server. As of now, practice has just finished with 2 very unique game modes that have never been seen before on practice servers. Spare the usual NoDebuff, Debuff, Axe, Gapple, Arhcer - We have 2 very special game modes that are sure to be huge hits in the community.
We have a lot of our custom plugins coded and ready for operation, including a custom HCF core, a custom BlackListing plugin, a custom queue plugin, and much, much more.
Aside from the server, our developer will also be flawlessly setting up our XenForo website, and teamspeak servers
Builds
Another very important aspect to the unveiling of a new server, are unique and genuine builds. We currently have around 4/5 builds ready now, including 2 KoTHs, a spawn, and a conquest. With the aid of an investor, we can purchase the rest of our HCF builds, and the arenas for Practice.
Management
I, Ryan, am the 3rd owner of the project, and the community and staff manger, along with the head of management. This job is something have loved doing for over 2 long years, and has provided me with endless amounts of joy. I plan on posting server announcements, keeping weekly changelogs about development and the staff team, managing the staff team by accepting/denying applications and handling promotions/demotions, I have formatted all server rules/regulations as well as staff guidelines and formats, I will be organizing server events, planning impromptu tournaments, maintaining the player base, managing the social media outlets, and so much more.

NOTE: For security reasons, the only person with access to the console and server files will be our primary owner and developer. This is to make sure nothing is accidentally messed with and to prevent security breaches. Also, all OP permissions you receive will be configured, as to keep full security in the server. These permissions can be negotiated on your behalf!

TOS/Investor Benefits
While being a part of this upcoming project, an investor is a key aspect of us maintaining the quality of our server, and you will be rewarded as such.
- You will receive weekly payments AFTER the server is open and making PROFIT. (Note that profit is described as costs that are uneeded to maintain the server - the majority of the money will be pumped back into the server)
- You will receive your investment back in its entirety along with a 15-20% interest (negotiable) within a time span where making that much back from the server is logical
- You will receive certain special commands in-game to allow you to aid us in keeping the server clean, and as a reward for investing.
- You will receive a "Co-Owner" or "Owner" tag in-game to fully associate you with out project
- After we start making money, we can offer you pizza fridays, or something of the sort
