Hi there! I’m tribe and I have had lots of experience working, developing and moderating servers in the past. I am 16 years old and currently owner of an upcoming server that is about to release with the gamemode skyblock.

Our skyblock will be unique to only our server with custom enchantments and quests. Players will be able to embark on adventures never seen before with amazing custom builds and lots more!

Our Management team is currently looking for a Head of Operations manager who will be in charge of overseeing the entire staff team. Management is in charge of coordinating events, managing forums, creating in-game rules, managing and enforcing staff rules made by the Operations Manager (This includes interviewing, hiring, administrator training, and any dismissals). As Head of operations, your duties would include implementing server rules, ensuring that everything is running smoothly, conducting regular staff check ups, handling and training the management team and a lot more. This job comes with a lot of responsibility hence we wld prefer if you are over 16. ** job is currently not paid**
