How long have you played minecraft: Ive been playing minecraft for about 6years now!
Approximately how many hours can you contribute per day: Monday-Friday from 7pm to 11pm, Saturday-Sunday All day if needed.
Tell us about yourself: Im a 17yr old getting ready for my freshman year of college. Im currently interested in pursuing my graphic design skills and possibly turning it into something big. I wrestle for my current school so thats why my times I can be on are kind of late. Im a fun and hard working type of guy. I like to get work done and I love having a good time.
What makes you different than the other applicants: I believe you should choose me over someone else is my knowledgment in moderating servers and how to keep them fun safe and active! I have a wide variety of experience when dealing with moderating a server swell as I'm good at keeping away hackers and other bad players from the server making it toxic free.
What skills do you possess?: in example familiar with world guard and world edit, strong builder etc.. Im fairly skilled in moderating chats and catching hackers. Ive got a lot of experience in moderating high to low player balanced servers swell as find hackers/xrays and getting rid of them making servers pvp safe.
What is your previous experience in moderation/administration?:

What is your primary motivation for applying: My motivation on applying for this server is due to the great future I see coming to this server. It seems like you guys have a set plan and I wanna help out and make the server become its fullest potential.
I would like to be staff on your network because Im looking for challenge so I can better my moderating experience.I have a great experience dealing with a decent player base server and I believe my skills in handling situations and my knowledge on how many plugins works will help your server be the best it can be. I know my ways on how to ss and find those ghost clients and other hack clients.
What is your biggest strength: My biggest strength would be my knowledge on many plugins and how to use them and how I deal with hard situations swell as catching/ssing hackers.
What is your biggest weakness: My biggest weakness is my lack of skill in getting girls numbers.(Joking) A weakness of mine in MineCraft would be my sarcasm, I've realized I can be a bit too sarcastic at times.

Approximately how many hours can you contribute per day: I can contribute around 12 or more hours a day if needed.
Tell us about yourself: I am a very fun person to be around. I like to be a chill person. When the mood in a skype call seems to start being dull, I will make a few jokes just to bring up morale in the calls. But I also know when I need to be serious. I am a very mature person also. I am also a very dedicated person. When I start something I like to stick with it until I am finished. I am a very friendly person and can always see the good in everyone. I am very hardworking and will always strive to be the best that I can be. I am also very helpful and like to help out anywhere I can. Anywhere from setting up plugins to just moderating chat. I will always be there to help out.
You can trust me to be a dedicated staff member because I do not play on many minecraft servers. I have in all honesty played on very little minecraft servers in the entire 2 and a half years that I have been playing minecraft. When I first started minecraft I was staff on GizmoServers for nearly a year. Since that time I have been helping people I know to set up servers. So I have a little over a year of experience setting up and running servers. This server seems to have a great idea and looks like it will be a very successful server. I want to help your server succeed in any way possible.
What makes you different than the other applicants: I have the passion and drive to make a server succeed. I like to start this with a staff team that is setup for success, whether I am in the staff team or if I am helping to lead the staff team. With a well trained staff team you can do nearly anything. When the staff members love the people that are leading them then it shows in their work ethic on the server. Next I like to get the community. When you have a great community then you can go anywhere. The better the community, the bigger it will get. I also have a vast knowledge in minecraft plugins. I also have a lot of experience in being a staff member on minecraft servers and helping to run them.

What is your previous experience in moderation/administration?: I have 4 years of experience with being staff on Minecraft servers. I went from Mod to OP Admin on a server called Gizmo Prison. They are now called Gizmo Servers. I was with them for a little over a year. I helped them with a little bit of back end server stuff (plugins mostly). Which is where i learned how to do configs and how to setup servers. After I left that server, I went and helped a few friends setup their own servers for a few months. After that I took about a 6 month break from minecraft because I lost interest in playing the game. When I came back I decided I wanted to work for some bigger networks. So that is what I did. I worked on a Skyblock server of a decently big minecraft server (250+ players daily) for like 4 months. After that I decided I wanted to try helping a server from scratch. I got on board with a server that was in planning and was Coordinator (pretty much we planned all the events and server gamemodes) for a server before I got promoted to Staff Manager. They never launched due to lack of funds unfortunately. I have worked on a few servers since then, but am looking for a more permanent home now.
What is your primary motivation for applying: Well as stated above, I am looking for a server that will be more long term. I am tired of joining a server just for them to shut down shortly after or never even launch. This server seems to have the funds and a great owner that knows what they are doing. A majority of server owners these days that I meet have little knowledge on how to run a server so I end up having to take over the server to try and run it myself.
What is your biggest strength: My biggest strength is my maturity. I like to make sure things stay professional a majority of the time.
What is your biggest weakness: My biggest weakness is that some times I do take things way too seriously. It is something that I have been working on for many years and every day I feel like I am improving myself.

That can be somewhat of an advantage here because I like to make sure that things are done correctly the first time.
