Hello, I have recently had the idea of starting a very unique factions server but I’m in need of some experienced developers. Please note that as of now, there will be no payment however when the server is released and we begin to profit, there is a chance that those of you who remain will be paid. The tasks for developers are quite easy, we also will provide an api / core to speed up your working proccess.

I want to say how BAD this idea is, I cannot stand when people will rely on server donations as a payment to developers dedicating there time towards your server. There is no way you have a "Unique" factions idea there all the same and no one will go to a "Unique" server as most people will not know how too play it, If I am honest Minecraft servers are so overrated now there are so many servers which are way bigger so I wouldn't even bother if I was you. In connection if you are certain that you'd like to waste money then be my guest as I have tried before and it never works you need to think of Advertising (Costly), Playerbase and there is so much more. The word "Unique" is an understatement unless you have the money to pay for it. (Please take my advice)

With unique I meant to non-gameplay changing features. And I'm myself am Developer.

All these servers out there who call themself custom, (most of the time) they mean public plugins and custom config, which is not a custom

The faction leaders I contacted loved my idea, it's neverseen, tho I won't be giving it out till we're done.

Also, I haven't invested a dolar yet, you have to invest when the time comes, so you don't waste your money.
Also must have contacts to get some parts for free
