Upcoming standalone mini-game server, DEVS

So me and a friend have come up with a mini game idea, which is unique and not been used on any servers, what I'd like to do is have a full time dev that can develop the plugins we need for this server, most devs want up-front payment, but if we could get any dev that could half of the plugin fee at the start, and then the other fee after the server has opened plus a bonus fee for doing this way, but of course most devs want all the money so we can do a normal way of paying.

The server hopes to have a medium player-base, and if it gets over a certain amount, we have decided to pay a bigger network/hub to join onto them but yet keep our unique domain and originality, the idea is pretty good that i hope it can be a stand-alone mini-game server like some out there

If the price you offer is too high for us, we'll move onto another dev, thank you.
