Upcoming Web Panel

Hey mcmarket,

I have been working on a web administration panel similar to cPanel. Obviously cPanel changed their pricing so you pay on a user basis now. If I where to sell my panel what would be a reasonable price ? What features do you want added ?
It currently has many features, ill list them when I get home.

Ah so you are doing this

I would suggest plans starting at $5 and rising to $30 or so. This would attract loads of users due to the low price. Stay away from the separate VPS and BareMetal pricing.

Are you able to patch vulnerabilitys and work on it every day, also, are you ready to push it into public comparing it to hosting leaders such as cPanel or Plesk? I think you need full team of developers and solid team of security researchers, if you are interested feel free to contact me I have a team of people who might be interested in working on this for free.

As you are a new panel I don't think people would pay more then 5-10 USD / month / machine, depending on the quality, UX, features etc.
DirectAdmin for example, while costs 30 USD per month (with installation + full unlimited support), usually comes for free with a lot of providers, so you will have to take them into account as well.

I will make it that price range for release. I will also add a free trial which only allows 3 users. The other pricing plans will depend on machines and allow unlimited users.
