Update an abandoned plugin to work with World Guard 7

I can't post links... so look up "WorldGuard Extra Flags"

In particular, these four flags are what I'm looking for:
  • allow-block-place | Specifies which block(s) are allowed to be placed inside the region (Only in WG6)
  • allow-block-break | Specifies which block(s) are allowed to be broken inside the region (Only in WG6)
  • deny-block-place | Specifies which block(s) are denied from being placed inside the region (Only in WG6)
  • deny-block-break | Specifies which block(s) are denied from being broken inside the region (Only in WG6)
How much would it cost to get this plugin working again? The creator has abandoned it but they are okay with it being updated.

You can see the thread on the creator releasing the project by looking up "Looking for WorldGuard Extra Flags alternative with block-specific place/break flags for WG7"
