(Update) Looking for an account dispenser

Sorry for the double update, just had a new idea so i thought i may as well make a new post. So i was wondering if anyone could provide me with a simple site with a main page with space for advertisement banners, and then a button that is pressed to generate an account. Upon clicking the button, you must complete some sort of captcha, and then watch a video(I must be able to easily input videos into it, preferably using youtube links) before you get brought to a page with login details for the account(From a database of account details). I dont mind if you want to use a template to make this, I just wanted to see if anyone could do this.
