[Update] NeonCore Progress

Hello everyone,

Basically, I had quit development on Neon but recently started again and have a few updates for y'all.

There is going to be two plugins available for Neon:
* NeonCore » Main Core
* Factions » Factions Addon

They are not dependent on each-other but I'm making it possible to purchase several different addons for NeonCore instead of paying a huge price for a full MineHQ style core.

The main core will cost around $30, with the factions addon around $20 - making the whole core $50.

Like I said, you can run them both separately easily, apart from Neon will not have PvP Classes when the Factions plugin is not hooked in, since you need it for Bard class, and you will need to use a separate plugin which hooks into the Factions plugin you are using (eg HCFactions) for a pvp class system.

I will also be allowing developers to join the Neon project and code their own addons for Neon, as long as they either purchase a license first or I receive a deposit and percentage of sales.

These addons will be showcased on the Neon thread when released too.
