Update Plugin

Hi so i want to use this one plugin for my server but its out of date the plugin used to be a premium plugin until the developer took it down i dont know the rules on that but if its possible can someone update the plugin special tools for me if thats possible

Edit : The plugin is "SpeacialTools my server keeps on giving me an error that it cant load it up because its outdated and when i try to go back to the resource to see if there was an update the page is no longer there
