Update / re-design my Minecraft fansite running on Wordpress / IPBoard

Hi,
I've been running this Minecraft fansite since 2010 and it badly needs a redesign.
Looking for someone who can do it on an existing theme, add some Minecraft spice to it and update everything to latest Wordpress versions

There are two parts of this:

• Webiste update (Wordpress)
• IPBoard update (Forum)

both can be treated as separate services.
