Update this plugin (past 1.7)

I'd really like this plugin to work on my server (1.12.2)

I've posted this before but no one was able to do it.

Point is, I'll pay $20-$30 for someone to make it work on that version
I've seen someone do this on their server so i'm just looking to find it.
Also, please don't link me the spigot one. It's not the same plugin. Thank you

My current knowledge right now with Minecraft Java is that it's probably not possible unless you either switch the version of your server or get the source code of that plugin. If those are not possible, it's most likely best to get a developer and make a replica of it, but it's probably going to cost you a lot more money than what you're offering right now.
