Updating server from 1.8 to 1.14.4

I have a server that i want to make it 1.14.4 which now works on 1.8 with outdated plugins

Depends on the plugins, you most likely would need the plugins to be updated.

is it possible to make the world to be 1.14.4? with the new things and all that[DOUBLEPOST=1569888270][/DOUBLEPOST]and i am not trying to allow players 1.8.-1.14 i want to make a survival that is 1.14.4
