With all of the disputes that are currently happening, it's understandable that some of the users who gave the reputation are no longer active. I know for myself, and a few other users, we have the proof sitting in the conversation, but due to the current rules that feedback moderators are bound by, they cannot edit the feedback and we cannot upload the proof.
My suggestion is to allow both parties to upload proof for the reputation. This would still require proof to be uploaded at the time that feedback is given. It is my opinion that this would assist the speed at which feedback mods are able to resolve disputes, and theoretically not cause disputes to happen as relevant proof would be more easily accessible. Users would just be warned for uploading the false proof.
