Upload File missing

The upload a file button is missing when you click to submit reputation for a deal.

I've never used it but I just noticed it

Pretty sure its because it uses the same proof that the other person posted when you add reputation for that deal, but if you were to give someone reputation manually you would need to upload proof.

I tried it out and it said I need to upload a file.

When did it say you needed to upload a file, when adding reputation without the add reputation to this deal button? Because that is exactly what I just said.

Might not be bad to report a bug that was reported over a year ago and still not fixed.
