Hosts don't need to provide vouch copies as it actually costs them to provide. For something such as a graphic shop it's understandable to ask, however this is pathetic on your end.

Trust me, you're wasting your time. He only has 11+ rep. which means nothing here. Find someone with at least 75+ ratings if you're even debating vouch copies.

No one will (Or shouldn't) sponsor you a server. You have 12 ratings and have been going on every server host thread asking for a vouch copy.
