For my upcoming OP Factions server, I am seeking all kinds of staff members. Helpers, moderators, and an admin. At the moment, the server is being configured and all of its builds are done, as well as the server's website. The Discord server already has a few hundred members, obtained via giveaways.
I don't have many requirements, except that you must be experienced and mature. Besides that, I need to feel a personal click with you. Please note, I would much rather take people who want to help build a strong and fun community than those who are simply there to say they're a staff member on a Minecraft server so they can feel like some sort of authoritarian.
