Uprising Services

About Us

Hey there, I'm Mason Johnston, the CEO of Uprising Services. One day, my COO and I had a thought of making a servicing company. We started planning out huge ideas, even months ahead in the future, and we created the company that is now known as Uprising Services. We created this company because we were thinking of a way to offer people in the community help with unbelievably cheap prices! We are currently hiring the following freelancers: Plugin configuration, plugin development, front end website development, back end website development, Minecraft server setups, Minecraft builds, Minecraft terraforming, graphic design, and discord setups. We are also hiring support staff and multiple other positions. Join our discord to learn more! https://discord.gg/MaTARh5

Our System

We, the Management Team, assure you that our freelancers are experienced and skilled individuals. If you wish to have a different freelancer assigned to your ticket, we offer a variety of different choices for each field! Please note that 'you' refers to the client, which is well, you.
> Discuss the details of the product you, the client, are seeking, and verifying that you are happy with the freelancer assigned.

> Once you agree to the Terms of Service and are happy with the freelancer assigned, you will pay 50% of the product's price and the freelancer will work on a sketch before proceeding to make the actual product.

> Discuss any changes you want and if you do not want any changes, the freelancer will continue. If you do want any changes, the freelancer must accept your input.

> The freelancer is finished with the product and sends you the logo with a big watermark or a screenshot of the product. You will then pay the other 50% and the freelancer will send you the product.

> The company pays the freelancer 80 - 85% of the money the company receives. (Percentage will be discussed with the freelancer.)

Terms of Service

By opening a ticket, you are automatically bound to the terms of service. If you do not agree to our terms, you will be restricted from our services. We have the right to modify our terms of service to ensure a better experience.

- We will never offer refunds or give you a refund. Once paid, we will not provide a refund.
- We will not allow cancels. This means that once you pay the 50%, you can not cancel the order / commission. If you no longer want the product, we will not be giving you a refund. Please make sure you 100% want the product you are requesting.

- You do not have the right to redistribute, sell, or claim the freelancer's work as yours, unless given permission. This is disrespectful - no further explanation is required.

- We are not responsible for any bugs, mistakes, glitches, etc. related to the product after 24 hours. If you find a bug within 24 hours, the freelancer has the right to make a choice on whether or not he or she will fix the bug. If you find a bug or mistake after 24 hours, that's officially your problem.

Please explain why someone would buy from you when there are a million other service companies that have been in business for a lot longer, have a better reputation, and have better freelancers?

Even if you don't build up rep, I STRONGLY recommend you build up a portfolio with your service team. Do a few builds & setups, at least showcase the builds and sell them as premades (exclusive or non-exclusive is up to you). Same for the setups I guess.
That way, you can show people that you actually HAVE something they want.
If you were the only service team out there you might be able to get away with not showing any work at all, but considering the dozens out there you'll need to do better to stand out at all.

Thanks for the advice! We are working up setting a portfolio for all of our services, but looking to do it as we make commissions.
