Mentor Management

I will build up a mentor program on your server, educate all of your trial staff member, make sure they have a great time on the staff team. Test them at the end of their trial period. Answer their question and much more!

Forum Management

I will build up your forum, take care of your formats, review appeals, reports, and applications! If needed I will build up a forum staff team, educate them and make sure they have a fun and great time on the forums.


Community/Event Management

I will announce things and keep the community up to date, I will host events and giveaways.
I will interact with the community to gain suggestions and more.

As you state yourself, you have been doing "management for 2 years." That would mean you would have been 13 and were employed to manage servers? I find that highly unlikely.
Also, just a statement for users who may be thinking of hiring you, you seem to lose motivation often as your reason for resignation in most places is "lack of motivation", etc. Just a thing I noticed.

And yes sadly enough that is true. I have lost motivation real quick back in the days.

That would only make sense if one or two of your past servers had that resignation reason but, it is the vast majority of it. Again, just something I noticed.

I understand, lack of motivation has been a problem.
But "resignation" doesn't always mean I resigned. The server could
of shut down or the server got sold.

I don't understand why you're trying to argue this.
It clearly states on 90% of your past experience that you lost motivation.

There were 2 situations where yes I did lose motivation
but one of those had 2 reasons. I am not going further into this. Goodnight or have a nice day.
