Urban Hardcore | Server Owner | Staff NEEDED!

Hello,

My name is James and I am here to talk about an upcoming and re-release of me and my partners server. Our server is called Urban Hardcore and we are a Hardcore Factions server that reaches 300+ players each release and we are looking to recruit.

* Staff and helpers that would like to help out.

WE ARE ALSO looking for another owner. Previously we have released 2 maps.

Map 1-

This map we reached 250+ players and we earn't a total of $890 in a total of 8 hours.
We closed since we planned to add a hub then we lost all player-data.


Map 2-

Map 2 was hot, we released getting 300+ players and we were griefed about 3 hours before SOTW. The grief messed our plugins, builds and more up causing SOTW to be rusty.


We have learnt from our mistakes and this next map is going to be the biggest, best and hottest map ever. We are looking for another owner to join us and supply around $200. The money will go towards advertising since all of our builds, plugins etc and finished.

The main reason to why I am applying for staff on Urban is that I really want to help out the staff team by getting rid of the hackers and making the server a better place for the players. I also want to help the staff team make HCGames a very enjoyable server for the players where they can come and have fun instead of joining the server and hating it because maybe they had some issues with a hacker or with a toxic player.

Reborn Craft- Reborn-Craft was a server with around 500 to 1000 players I was a moderator on the server. Because I was a mod on a server like Rc I have learned a lot of important skills for becoming a good staff member some of the skills I learned were dealing with players being toxic, X-raying hacking and ect.. The first day as a staff member on RC I had banned around 20 to 30 hackers on the server.


I was also a staff member in many other small servers with around 10 20 players in one of the servers I was a co-owner and on the rest, I was a helper or a moderator.

Do you understand HCF? Yes, I have been playing Hard Core Factions for almost 1 year now so yes I do understand HCF.

I'm a 15-year-old guy that has been playing mc for almost 3 years now some of the game modes that I play are Factions,HCF, and mini games. I have been playing HCF for almost 1 year now the reason to why I started to play HCF was because I am a very competitive person that enjoys playing games. On the other hand IRL, I love playing sports some of the sports I play are soccer,football,swimming, and running.
