Hey there, My name is Urbanajlucas or Josh. I've been playing minecraft for about four or five years and know my way around the game. I'm currently a sophomore in High School and live in the United States.
I have a lot of experience in managing Minecraft servers and have developed a unique skill set as a result.

- Communication, Having the ability to communicate is a fundamental quality of being a leader.
- Staff Development, I've helped developed and trained easily 100 staff members throughout the duration of my previous experience.
- Strategy, I think very critically and have a strategy for the way I go about things. This is to maximize the effectiveness of each staff member as an individual and the team as a whole.
- Passionate, I'm very passionate about the work that I complete. I really put my all into everything that I do.

Experience: I've managed the GotPvP staff team for two years. I've gotten to know and connect with the community and have a wide variety of experience.

Experience: I've managed the DistrictPvP staff team since the server opened a little under a year ago. DistrictPvP is a very large factions server which has had multiple major YouTubers including LandonMC, F1NN, WildX and various others. I've specialized in developing players into excellent and qualified team members as well as managing the community.
I recently resigned from my position on both of these two networks due to IRL demands and aspirations for further development in myself. I have a reasonable amount of time to spare, still, and am interested in learning about other opportunities to grow as a manager and help out elsewhere.
== Rates & Terms Of Service ==
Rates: Specific quotas can be discussed on discord, my contact information is below. I'm really just looking for a server that I can help make a difference on through staff management and development.
Terms Of Service:
- Discord is the main form of communication.
- All works such as documents, rules, guidelines, etc etc. that I complete are the servers assuming that I am compensated for my work.
- Server Gamemodes preferably should be Factions, Survival, Skyblock, Prison, or Creative which is what I have the most experience in. However, Most of what I'd do is on the back end and I am always eager to learn more.
- Access to server staff applications (Or ability to create them) and necessary resources.
