Hey there.

In need of a server which is able to push 10TB+ of HTTP traffic on a daily basis.

The server can be shared or dedicated. Here's the current specs I'm going with:
  • 6vCores
  • 12GB Mem
  • 2x 6TB HDD
  • 10Gbps, Shared with 7 clients
  • Unlimited Traffic
  • 160€/mth

If someone is able to provide a server with similar or better specs let me know. I need a 10Gbps line. Shared or not, doesn't matter. As long as it's not overloaded.

I suggest OVH, maybe check this one out: https://www.ovh.com/us/dedicated-servers/hg/173mhg1.xml
( Intel Xeon E5-2630v3, 8c/16t - 2.4GHz /3.2GHz, 64GB DDR4 ECC 1866 MHz, 500 Mbps bandwidth, vRack: 10 Gbps, $224.99 )

With OVH you are ensured that it's not over-crowded. "With vRack Connect, you can connect your business network to your private OVH network in a completely isolated and secure way (OVH datacenters are available locally and globally)."

But why would you ever use 10TB per day...

I would also say OVH. €160/month is nothing if you want a good dedicated server with 10Gbps unlimited traffic.
But hey.. You get what you pay for.

You should stay with your current provider. You won't be able to get a better deal with the listed specifications.

You don't need a 10Gbps line to push 10TB daily, you can do this on a 1Gbps port.

Which location do you need this at?

Hello Art3mis ,

Have you thought of purchasing two separate servers to not have all that traffic on one data connection? Or do the services that you offer need to be localized on one machine?

EU, any country. 1Gbps is fine if it's unshared.

We'd prefer having everything on one server.

From information I have found, what you are looking to host is ~somewhat~ illegal...

MSDN dumps and subreddit archives aren't technically illegal. We do have a relaxed abuse/dmca policy. we're offshore but we will gladly delete anything reported.

Maybe someone hosting in another country could help. Best wishes!
Just make sure the DC knows that you are hosting so that they don't get any surprises.

We're EU based anyways, so US servers aren't an option.

Thanks for your time, good luck in the future.
