[URGENT] 2 World Guard Regions

I am in need of two worldguard regions configuring. A prison mine, (Which allows the use of TokenEnchant custom enchants, like TE-ExplosiveEnchant etc) and a region to protect the outer design of the mine

PAYMENT would be the last resort for this. As It is only two regions. And there is more than likely only a small thing which I am missing.

(I have tried the flag block-break allow. It wont work)
