Hello, so I'm working on a HCF server currently and I need a quick plugins made. I have seen people request this on spigot however no one has ever made one public...

Tutorial:
An administrator with permissions (grant.use) types the following
/grant (user)
It then opens a gui with a list of all the ranks which I should be able to configure in the config
After clicking that it opens another gui with paper around 3-5 pieces of paper Sachs saying different times on it for example "10 minutes, 1 Hour, 1 day, 30 days, lifetime"

- Easy config (Change the items inside the gui)
- No bugs
- Works with PermissionsEx
- permission node to use /grant (grant.use)
