[Urgent Help] Minecraft OVH Hosting? Which one is the best?

Hey guys, I would really like some help regarding the best dedicated server hosting that I can use for my server. We are a small factions server but we are looking to expand.

Which dedicated host is easiest to use and cheapest and easy to expand with and has the good protection / performance? We are looking for 16GB or 32GB, which should we get and why?

It should be capable of running a mysql server and ftp server! thanks!

So I was comparing the prices of soyoustart and OVH, for the same 32GB server soyoustart is $50 and OVH is $70, whats the reason behind this? Like does OVH provide better protection? or?

My budget is $30-$40 a month, what's the best dedicated host or VPS for me?

But like how protected are they? And will it be easy for me to expand? if I wanted to add more servers/ if i need more RAM. I'm pretty much a noob when it comes to VPS / dedicated servers. All my minecraft life I've been on like hosts.
