[URGENT] Hiring developer who knows how to optimize 1.16 entities

Entities are using a lot of memory on our server, resulting in crashes every few hours on our Earth survival servers. We need somebody who can optimize entities for meeting our player expectations of 100 players per realm while managing around 400 globally.

Try to take a look into Airplane (https://airplane.gg/) opensource fork that has some patches in place to reduce the allocations of entities.
