I am Hesitates Proud owner of StrayyaPvP, my Manager and I are in seek of a high quality custom HCF core (Preferably not forked). We need this core A.S.A.P please make sure if you are going to be speaking with me and my Manager make sure you know what you are talking about, and need to be ready to have a Core done within 5 days that has no bugs what so ever and can provide proof of ownership and all permission nodes and all functions and all usage to my Manager and myself.

* Faction Relation Colors above names also need /focus
* Online donator announcement system
* Fast Smelt
* Mob stacker
* Minecart elevators

* Book disenchanter
* Kitmap Option
* Chat management & formatting.
* Worldborder system
* Staff login system
* Blacklist System
* Report System

Needs to run at 20 TPS no lag and can hold up to 300 players

To be completely honest, you aren't going to get this with-in 5 days unless the person making it is a team of experienced, high-quality developers. Or that they use things like HCFactions or Mango. And a koth system like subsides.
