How payment works:
We are looking for people 1st and foremost driving by passion. Rather than having a top-down system where the actual helpers get very little, we work together to win competitions, achieve goals etc. and split the winnings between those who help. It's an open, transparent system in which people are treated with respect and fairness.
To oversimplify, you clock hours and we split the winnings equally.

People Managers:
People who can help welcome people & plug them into teams. Not admins. -- Send people welcome messages in Discord and assist them as they sign up.
Recruiters:
People who can help us find more builders and programmers. -- Likely asking people who play other games to join us in Ylands & build with us.
Youtubers:
People who can create entertaining content to help bring more people in. -- Join me in creating fun, interesting and entertaining Ylands content (Lets plays) that will draw ppl to us. -
Video Editors:
People who can create cinematic content (example) based on our creations. Create videos based on our games like:
Streamers:
People who can help liven up our weekly parties. -- Host a weekly livestream for our community (basically entertaining commentary while we play games).
