URGENT!! Need help with my rankup / block prices!

Hey guys, this needs to be done today:

I already have kits and block prices and ranks, but need help making them all level so players can't rankup super fast or super slow.

Willing to pay $30 for this to be done by the end of the day.

Pretty much, but closer to fix -- Since I already have everything, but getting them to work well together is a challenge.
