[URGENT PLEASE HELP ASAP]

So recently I bought a Visa Vanilla at a Walgreens/CVS for 90$. I then go home to realize I can't use it to spend on any sites! It says its active, but when I go to spend on an online store, it says error processing request, or invalid credentials even if I enter everything correctly. Am I doing something wrong? I enter my correct street address and zip code and first and last name. I called the support and it just saying zip code not registered, yet I called and entered it many times and it still just repeats it "succesfully verified, press 1 to enter zip code, you have no zipcode verified". PLEASE HELP

Try getting support from visa

I did they won't fucking respond and/or hang up. There is also no useful information out there
