- US or CA located
For $190 or less.

Do you mean renting this out or the actual physical hardware? If you're looking for hardware, that's not gonna be nearly enough of a budget for all of those specs.

Also, what do you need 256GB of RAM for? there are very little reasons I could see anyone really needing that much, especially on a place like MCM

European datacenters seem to be able to do it, any reason US datacenters wouldn't? I mean it's the same hardware.. I'm sure with some digging I'll find a bargain deal, thought this was the best place to start looking.

Different location = different prices. I too have found some deals on EU datacenters but haven't been able to find the same deals on US. :/

Might be very tricky to find a dedicated server with 256GB RAM, with that budget. For most people's needs 16-64GB is fine, rarely someone needs a 128GB dedi (I have one for hosting), therefore you can sometimes find those cheap. However a dedicated server with 256GB is a lot more specialist therefore cheap hosts can't really justify building such an expensive server, when very few people are going to buy it.

That being said, I do know an EU based cost that sells dedicated servers with 256GB RAM for around $140 a month, but they are pretty much one of a kind, if you'd be willing to buy a server in the EU, instead of the US. I know of loads of cheap US hosts, however none of them seem to offer anything above 128GB unfortunatly. Best of luck finding one though.
