USA Managed Dedi/high grade Gaming VDS

Hello, I am looking for current offers for a managed dedicated unit or high grade gaming VDS.

Restrictions

• No Psyhcz Networks, Reliable Site, Reliable Servers, Constant, Choopa, OVH/Kimsuf/SoYouStart, and other budget NOCs. Regardless if you colocate or not
• If you're making a virtual offer then the hardware resources must be sold at a MAX 80% hardware allocation.
• I am looking for full managed hosting. Meaning it must be as simple as ordering a Multicraft server from a Game Service Provider. In other words I am ONLY responsible for the instances ran on the system.
• RAID 1 SSDs or in the case of VDSes RAID 10 may be used on the host nodes
• E3v2 (or better) in the sense of single threading
• USA within the east/middle of the continent
• DDoS protected Network as standard
• PCI compliance to accept Credit Cards

Let's start with smallest packages then if I am interested and I need more resources I will contact you individually

I guess I'm confused by what you mean by managed then, because as far as I can tell PhoenixNAP offers several fully managed plans on their site. Are you looking for a dedicated server with Multicraft installed or?

That and literally ready for my use. Think of it like getting a managed Cpanel server.
