Username Changes Always Visible

Not sure how this would be done but I think username changes should always be visible regardless of if their profile is private (which imo also shouldn't be an option) or not.

Not sure why this is even a thing. We should definitely be able to see the previous name changes of every user, unless their profile is completely set to private.

Honestly, I'd go a step farther and say that people should only be able to change their names once after joining and that after that they have to pay a fee in order to do it. I think it's really irritating for people to just randomly and completely change their identities every few months. Does not fit into a professional website at all, in my opinion.

I'll close this suggestion for now since there's a newer one created that is suggestion to make users unable to make their profile private.
