Users that arent banned using the Banned Icon

Im wanting this to stop. Users using the Banned profile pictures for banned users. This was implemented to MCM to notify users that the user is banned. Its annoying when members of this community think they are sooo cool and change their profile picture to a banned picture.

There were more last week. But I was temp banned so I couldnt make the thread. Hopefully this gets implemented.

Before anyone that disagrees with this post. Explain why this shouldnt be added. There should be a REASONABLE explanation for the disagree​

yea. Why do you want this picture to be your profile picture? This picture was implemented for banned users and them only. Not for people to use the photo for "funny" purposes.

It may be annoying/confusing but your opinion could be basicly like this.
I don't like the way you use your picture its annoying.

We're still deciding what the appropriate action is. I've spotted some people also faking the ban reason explanation bars.
I've decided for myself that the first user to have both of those is getting a warning for misleading content.

In my opinion there should be a rank tag such as seen below under Ivain's name stating that he is a Chat Moderator,Supereme and Premium donator.
Less hassle on both sides of this argument if this is added.
For example:

This is already a thing.

Honestly, I don't see an issue with the pictures. How do you even suggest this is done? A moderator finds someone using the picture and then changes it? Even if there were an automated system that detects the picture, there would be so many ways to avoid such as changing 1 or 2 pixels. Either way, these users are making themselves look unprofessional. It's easily spotted, doesn't take more than a second.

Don't get me wrong but you obviously can see whats a fake ban icon and whats not

I think its funny because people who do this and offer services people wont hire them because they think he/she is banned.
