Imagine, you are a staffmember and you add a person on Skype because there isn't Forums yet to report people on. So they need to send you reports. But suddenly, the player breaks the rules and you need to warn or mute him or her. They start cussing you out through Skype. Some staffmembers would also start scolding back. Then, the player sends Skype evidence to the HeadModerator/Staff Manager. Now the question:

Would you allow Skype as evidence if you were HOS/StaffManager and eventually punish the staffmember?

I'd say use it as supporting evidence. Meaning there must be something else to back it up, and prove that it is valid.

Some say yes, some may say no.

Did it have anything to do with the server when the staffmemeber broke a rule?
No, I mean, when a player cussed out a staffmember, and the staffmember is also cussing back on Skype, would you give your staffmember a warning?

Depends on server rules but since it is external to the sever you could probably get away with it. You need to be more cool, calm and collected so you don't get into trouble.
