Utheria - Space Themed Prisons
Hello there, many of you may know me as the SkidsRUs. I have had a very successful history of owning large networks, with successful statistics such as large playerbases, income, and the ability to change the game.
I have worked with over 50+ staff members on my most recent project, and today, I am seeking a manager and a couple of administrators.
About Us
Utheria is a space-themed prison server where you can mine your way through the galaxy. Unlock new planets, create your planet to mine on, build and upgrade your spaceship, and so much more (I actually mean it)...
I and my long-time partner are running this project, and we have a heck of a plan ready to take place. We have multiple partners who are interested and a lot of funds ready to put into the community.
Positions
We are seeking a total of 1 General Manager and 2-3 Administrators. Below are the details of the position.
General Manager

Administrator
Paid Positions- Have at least 3+ years of experience within the community of the game and at least 2 or more months of previous prison management.
- Have a general understanding of how server files work, basic custom plugin knowledge, community understanding, and have what to do in specific scenarios.
- Have the ability to manage the player support system, including ticket management, punishments, and store support.
- Ability to create an understanding and powerful staff team and/or ability to hire someone to create this staff team.
- Have the ability to write google documents and create them for the task assigned.
- Ability to think in intense and vigorous situations and solve problems as best as possible.
- (Optional) Graphics Editing/Video Editing
- (Optional) Basic/Advanced System Administration Skills
- (Optional) Basic/Advanced Java Development

Administrator
- Have at least 1+ year(s) of experience within the community and understanding of the generic OP prison gamemode.
- Have major success in community interactions, problem-solving, and support assistance.
- Have an understanding in staff team, including understanding who shall be considered a "good", "decent", or "bad" staff member.
- Have an understanding of server files, commands, and permissions.
- Have the ability to write google documents and create them for the task assigned.
- (Optional) Graphics Editing/Video Editing
These positions are currently not paid until the server has released. The pay will be a weekly pay, and 2 weeks must be given upon resignation. Paypal is the only form of payment gateway, and will be sent in G&S. Estimated rough pay on server release can range from ($10 - $35 weekly).
Contract (Management Only)
A simple contract will need to be signed, you must be above the age of 16 to sign it. If not, you will need a legal parent/guardian to sign it. More information will be discussed upon applying.
