UUID Plugin?

On my test server i noticed that if i change my username on mojang i lose my faction, homes, money etc does anyone know how i could go about fixing this issue? and or if there is a plugin to fix it.

Ok thank you, hmm is there by chance one for essentials or a plugin that could replace essentials that has UUID.

They are already up to date for uuid, if you use EssentialsX it will work the same way.
