Hello there.
I've been working on a huge project for almost a year now, it's come to the point that I need to start working on the front-end design. I need a Home Page (4-5 sections), and a Dashboard Design.

Please have a portfolio ready, I'm only looking for the best. I don't have a set budget but it must be reasonable as there are some designers who charge at a insane rate.
