VAD Servers A Potential Network

Hello everyone, I hope you're great doing alright today.

I'm Jordan, the owner of this potential network and am currently looking for a large quantity of helpers to help me get this project started.

The network is dedicated as in always up 24/7 with rarely any down time except for updates and maintenance where its needed. I'm currently looking for dedicated staff members to help me get this up and running as my time to work is so little but I'll be doing my best to get it all up and working!

What I currently need is the following -

Server Manager
- Get's to partake in Head Administration meetings/conversations.
- Requires plugin developing or configuration knowledge, and administration knowledge

Development Team
- Must be able to create plugin's from scratch and must be able to do them with ease (depends how big or small the plugin is) if work is decent enough, you will be compensated for your efforts!

Build Team
- Must be able to build or spawn's with great detail, as it will be needed and have a big imagination

Staff Team
- Must have a lot of previous experience dealing with very inconsiderate people and have a great maturity level recommended 16+

Why should I choose you? - I am very good in the criteria, and am open to all the positions stated up above! I've done lots of work ect.
Experience in this position - I am very experienced, I would go down in every position hence I do not want to bore you! I've made custom plugins, I've had 3+years of building experience, I've ran 3 servers and owned 2. I've sold 1 server for about 3000$. I know all the commands for staff hence I am a developer.

Is the server even built yet? People would like to see the economy, the kits, spawn, the gameplay etc before It's actually released. Nobody wants to apply on a server they know nothing about. With the little information you gave us, it seems like any other generic network/server(s) which are never ever any good. Please provide more information.

I am currently looking for a Network/Server I could help manage, but I usually only play on servers with a good Economy.

Here is some information regarding our server.

VAD Servers is an uprising network in which we hope to provide a customized factions experienced. Our plan moving forward is to create a network of servers including factions, GangWars, and many other game modes. Our staff team is constantly growing due to an outstanding owner. As of right now, factions is in development, and nearing completion of its beta version. I will provide a tour upon the alpha version being completed.
