My name is Matin / Vainy and I'm a 17 y/o Manager from England!
I've been in Management on servers all my life (on minecraft) and now I want to help some servers!
What I really specialize in is developing Staff Teams and generally the servers playerbase.
I've been Operations Manager on multiple servers like: ParadoxMC , HCEmpire and a few more..
On ParadoxMC my role was/is to develop the staff team, bring in YouTubers and Streamers and bring the server players. On release I brought in 2 streamers, both of which got us up to a playerbase of 50! I also recruited about 3 staff members who are very active and doing their jobs on the server very well.
On HCEmpire my role was to help my Owner fix bugs and find them. And to also develop and create a new staff team, which unfortunately I couldn't do as well, because the server later shut down.
I was also Forums Manager on OPCraft, this job was me dealing with hacker reports, banning players breaching server rules etc.. and just keeping the forums clean and tidy!
I have been staff on loads of different servers too:
I was Mod on VeltPVP, Mod on OPCraft, Admin on LavaCraft and a few more..
