Valhal | Network | Administrator opportunity

Hey everyone, my name is Surf and I am a manager at Valhal. Valhal is a network that has had thought to go towards it for many months. It will consist of three main game modes to begin, Skyblock, Factions, and Survival. They have been selected due to their large player interest, with Valhal being in no rush to release, we are trying our best to perfect the best of all three of these, along with many, many custom features to give many reasons for our servers to be selected.
Our plans for the future, of course after growing our player base with active and entertained members, is to expand them into more and more equally as outstanding servers. I have currently been working on the Hub, of which (from what I have heard) is doing great, which is practically finished now. Valhal is private to the public and is only being accessed by staff as they are needed.
We are searching for administrators to work on each of the three servers we are creating, as said above. Each administrator will work as a sort of head server development lead, you will be in charge of creating that server, with myself and any other staff that we have on the server. We are not hiring staff per server, the staff available are like resources to be worked with, yet we will not hire more to work with each server.
You will be in control of the server you select out of the current two: Skyblock and Survival since we already have an administrator for factions. I will be actively available very often but need assistance. Example: If you choose Skyblock, you are required (with others) to create an extremely high quality and custom experience, not at all rushed. You will receive access to the server of your choice and are in control of making sure that it is perfect. You must have experience in server creation and general development and high standards for your work.

-Have previous experience as an admin on a network
-Be atleast 14 years of age
-Have a mic
-Willing to put in the time and effort to work on this network
-Must have a discord account

Would suggest having a nicer thread and making more thing bullet pointed, To much to read for most people they will normally not read anything you write because it's annoying. GL on finding staff.
