He messaged me asking if I wanted to sell him anything, as he is a new member (Joined YESTERDAY), and randomly messaged me. I calmly said I don't like messages like that, that I'm going to block him, and anything else before I do block him. He said "stfu greg" which was rude.
REPUTATION SYSTEM RULES

9.5 Do not abuse the reputation report system. This means you shall not attempt to report reputation unless it violates the above rules. Reputation is otherwise handled by the community, and is there to gauge the community’s opinion of you. If someone has a negative opinion of you, and you wish to improve your reputation, it is your responsibility to improve their opinion of you and therefore your reputation via communication with the reputation author.
Anything that doesn't break these rules are "valid"
Ofc, if you give him a neg rep then he is completely in the right to give you a neg rep as long has his neg rep doesnt break these rules either.
Your just better off not starting anything for something simple as a cold call
