• Previous experiences in a moderation position: Moderator, Developer, and Partially Owner of DrakonCraft and some other servers that died. If my own server which will be releasing soon counts then there too.
• Strengths & Weaknesses: Strengths and Weaknessess, hmm. Let me get the basics over with I guess: Strengths: I am active, friendly, and constantly watching over the server as if it were my own. My goal is too maintain a fair and happy community away from unwanted guests such as Hackers, Spammers, Etc... Another strength would have to be that I am almost always active no matter what. I always prioritize a server I work for to not only keep players happy but to show that there are people who are active and willing to help in almost any situation. Weaknessess: Truly the only weakness I have that I know of is working with others. When I worked over at DrakonCraft we had staff with totally different opinions and we couldn't always agree with everything, though I have learnt from that and am willing to try to work with others as best as possible while trying to prevent any arguments.

• How long have you played Minecraft?: I've been playing Minecraft since March of 2013.
• How long have you played on Valley Of Worlds?: Let's be honest, I haven't joined Valley but just from the thread I can tell the server will be amazing and worth the experience working there and playing there.
• Do you have TeamSpeak or Skype?: I have both TeamSpeak and Skype. If you would like my Skype feel free to pm me.
• Do you have a Microphone?: Yes I do have a microphone.
• Are you able to record?: Yes, I have my own channel that I will be booting up soon which means I can record episodes/series on the server.
• Do you have any bans on other Minecraft servers? If so, please list them: Aside from servers with (No offense) dumb owners, no. (I like to throw constructive criticism to help servers grow but nope the owners don't appreciate it >.>)
• How much time per day can you devote to your duties as a staff member?: about 4-5 hours on weekdays and almost all day on weekends. If vacation time from school then almost all day.
• Anything else you would like to mention: I have been running servers for about 3 years now, my first server being launched on April of 2013 which was decently successful but had to close it due to it being home hosted and always laggy. Over the years I have been learning so much and now I can say that I know how to run servers professionally and the do's and dont's of running a server.

• Strengths & Weaknesses: I'm really good at working with others, whether it be members in my Faction or members on the staff team. I'm a not so socialable person irl, however on the Internet I am the complete opposite. Once I am familiar with the territory I am in, I am very fun to be around. Another strength would be my experience with plugins, I have owned a couple servers and know a lot about most "popular" plugins such as Essentials, PermissionsEX, BungeeCord, etc. A weakness I guess would be actually paying attention to chat and providing the right punishment, ex kicking a player when they get banned. There are more but I cannot think of them right now.
