Various companies work through individual messaging systems, it makes it much easier to manage for smaller-scale ones.

So why should someone like me, in current desperate need of a server set up, go to you instead of anyone else who is better, cheaper, or free?

You can't expect quality from cheaper or free providers, as they can get away with lower quality.
In terms of going to another provider of a similar price-point and service quality as my own, that is personal preference, as every service provider has their own style and way of doing things.

Just interested like Zatify to know where that claim is based off.

And no, 1 or 2 vouches don't count. Would need to be a consensus of people who have used multiple other Setup Specialist to truly claim who is the "greatest". Seems like false advertising to me
