Value of appitect.org

I've got the domain appitect.org registered and I thought of the idea of mixing APPlication and archITECT together into a domain. Any feedback on what kind of offers this would get, it probably wont be much, but since it's a good play on both of the words I hope it holds something.

It's not bad, I actually like the ring of the name and can see it easily being turned into a website or software system in which it allows people to build apps easily or what not. I can see this selling to the right person, however, it's probably only worth low to mid $xx.
