Vanilla Terrain Help

Hello everyone

I need some help/advice.

So I'm finishing up my map 1 and moving over to map 2 and want to have a vanilla 15k x 15k world. However I'd like the middle of the map to be relatively flat for 100 blocks or so to allow for the spawn to go there and also like making it into an island.

Is it better to get a terraformer to do this for me or?

You’d be best to make the custom world in world painter and then paste whatever you want in the center.
