Vanity Recruitment Thread (HCF and Practice)

Hello there, I would like to Announce that Vanity is officially recruiting Staff Members.
I'd like to explain what Vanity is:
HCF (DTR-BASED)
Practice (Ranked and Unranked Matches)

We are planning to officially release Vanity to the public no later than 3/5 (should be earlier)

Three Main Components were looking for in our new Staff Members:

- Maturity

- Dependability

- Loyalty

Let me explain what's expected of you at the possible positions:

****As of now, there is only one paid position, developer. The other positions will be later made paid once the server generates some more money.

Manager:

The Manager is in charge of putting in new plugins, events. To make the player-base alive.
And make the players happy by Putting in new commands and items.

Senior-Mod:
The Senior-Mod is in charge of Glitchers/Cheaters/Hackers all around the server.
And also will be active on chat.

Moderator:

The Moderator is in charge of making sure that the players are safe from hackers. They are also responsible for making sure that the chat is clean.

Junior-Mod:
The Junior-Mod is in charge of the chat and igm. They will be securing us from Cheaters/Hackers. And will be really helpful.

Admins:

Admins makes sure everything is running smoothly on the server. They are basically a moderator with more permissions and are not able to play (Only can play with Alt)

Builder:

Builders will build Spawns, KOTHs and various amount of builds. They will be paid in the future for their efforts once the server generates money.

Helper:
Helper will be in charge of the chat and have to make everything clean on the chat.

Developer:

Developers will make custom plugins that will be exclusive to Vanity. They must have experience coding with Java and Minecraft plugins.

The Format:

What is your Minecraft Username?

How old are you?

What is your timezone?

What languages do you currently speak?

Are you currently a staff on any other server(s)?

Do you have prior experience in server moderation (please elaborate)?

What do you feel you can bring to the server (please elaborate)?

I honestly don't care what you've done in the past, what can you bring to Vanity:

Did I miss something? Did you copy this off another thread..? It says 'Will be exclusive to Empire' not Vanity..

Copying off another thread doesn't show efficiency, it shows laziness and a lack of motivation. If you're going to hire, at least type up a 20 word description for each rank rather than expect applications to spend their time making their apps when you can't even be bothered to type up this post...

If you're application is very professional, you'll have a chance at a higher position

How is this server unique? Any pictures of the builds/plugins? Any custom plugins?
