I'm the owner of, Vantage, a small but growing Minecraft network community. We have a fairly unique Survival (custom items, mobs, "artifacts," etc.), SkyBlock (regular, one block, and acid island), Dungeons (beta), and an MMORPG questing server (still in very early development).
We have a friendly and welcoming community, a good portion of whom have known each other for years now. We don't do P2W, payouts, etc. Instead, we focus on growing the community/improving the player experience. I personally pre-pay (out of pocket) for server hosting, so all donations go directly to updates/improvements and we don't need to worry about the server shutting down if we don't get enough donations.
We have a ton of ideas, but our small staff team can't work on all of them while keeping things interesting for players. We're looking for other like-minded people to join our team and help move some of these projects forward as well as getting some new perspectives!

Open Positions:
Builder (1/1):
- Create/Modify Minecraft Maps
- Answer basic questions about the server
- Be active in the community
- Moderate Discord/Minecraft chats
- Answer basic questions about the server
- Support higher staff as needed
- Moderate Discord/Minecraft chats
- Respond to support tickets/escalate as needed
- Dispute/argument resolution
- Use basic punishments
- Assist with ongoing projects
- Resolve high-level support tickets & disputes
- Responsibilities vary based on the individual's skillset
- Focus is on larger projects (new game modes, content updates, bug fixes, etc.)
- Work with community manager to create/host events
- Help to promote the server across social media, server lists, etc.
- Manage community interactions
- Manage staff
- Manage ongoing projects
- General server management
General Requirements:
- Must be 16 or older (18+ preferred)
- Be able to spend at least 1-3 hours per day (averaging 5 days per week)
- Access to Discord and a working microphone
- Patience and ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Have previous experience in the position you are applying for
- Resume/NDA is required for higher staff ranks
- Experience with MythicMobs
- Experience with custom models
- Experience with custom items
- Experience with Java development
Other Info:
- I know a lot of people are only interested in paid positions (which I can understand), but donations don't yet cover all operational and development costs. As we see donations increase I plan to start sharing proceeds with the staff team. If that's not something you are okay with, please feel free to ignore this post.
- Higher staff positions (Admin+) are generally promoted from our existing staff team, but exceptions can sometimes be made based on previous experience.
- We don't give out perms right away - that's something that will come with time and getting to know each other.
