about :
- I have 6+ years of experience playing Minecraft
- I started my first server when I was 12 years old and from there I fell in love with owning, administrating, and managing servers.
- Since then I've owned over 3 successful servers some are Auxium, AzuraPvP, and McCritZ.

Current Positions:
HcPvP/McTeams - Manager/Admin

My strong suits :

- Project Management
- Staff Management
- Leadership
- Negotiating business deals
- Coming up with clever ideas for the server and for marketing the server
- Making helpful and descriptive guidelines for staff and players
- I also know a fair amount about running a server because of my past experience so I can help with setting things up if need be.

Experience :

McCritZ - Owner/Admin:
Playerbase: 100-300 constant.
was staff for around 4 months

AzuraPvP - Owner:
Playerbase: 200-500(peak was around 700)
Owned for about 5 months

Auxium - Owner:
Playerbase: 40-100(peak was 250)
Owned for about 8 months

McDreamZ - Mod:
Playerbase: 60+
Still currently staff(been staff for a year)

HcPvP - Admin/Manager:
Playerbase: not released
Still currently staff(been working with them for about 2 months)

McAction - Admin:
Playerbase 50+
Was staff for close to a year before it shutdown

OvidPvP - Network Admin:
Playerbase: 60-100+
Was staff for around 4 months before it shutdown

Exlode - Sr. Mod:
Playerbase 100+
Was staff for like 3 months, eventually it shutdown

These are a few of the many staff experiences I have had in Minecraft. I have just recently started playing minecraft again so I don't have much recent experience. If you would like proof I will provide some if you end up contacting me
